If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, straightforward refund and return process. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You are eligible to return or request a refund under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
- You are not satisfied with the product for any other reason (within 30 days of receipt).
Please Note: To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. Timeframe for Returns & Refund Requests
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request. Requests made after this period will not be eligible unless extenuating circumstances apply (e.g., delivery delays, damaged goods, etc.).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To return an item or request a refund, follow these steps:

- Reason for the return/refund request
- A description of the issue (damaged, defective, wrong item, or dissatisfaction)
Wait for Confirmation:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including return authorization if approved.Prepare the Item for Return:
Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include all tags and any accessories that came with the product.Ship the Item Back:
Use the shipping method provided by Nezy or as instructed by our customer support team to return the product. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Nezy will cover all return shipping costs.
- If you are returning the item due to buyer’s remorse or personal preference, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please keep proof of shipping as confirmation that we received the returned item.
5. How Refunds are Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time after approval.
If your refund request is denied, our customer service team will provide you with the reasons for the denial.
6. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, we can assist you with an exchange if the item is in its original, unused condition and still eligible for return. Follow the same steps as outlined in the How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request section above and specify that you would like an exchange.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged by the buyer after delivery.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you can return it for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. You must notify Nezy within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

9. Exceptions & Additional Information
We aim to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free. However, situations may arise that could delay your refund. These situations may include but are not limited to:

- Unexpected delays caused by payment processors or shipping delays.
